Thea Shaw didn’t expect that things would take an unexpected turn the very next day.

The twist was so abrupt that not even Thea saw it coming.

She had already received a notice from Rowan Donovan, so when she entered the company, she was ready to confront the department manager if they got into trouble.

Rowan didn’t understand the issue and her face turned pale, "Miss Sherman, I’m sorry, is there somewhere we’ve been negligent?"

June didn’t look at her but focused on Thea instead.

The next moment, she suddenly flipped her wrist, splashing a full cup of tea towards Thea.

At that moment, Thea was grateful that Rowan opted for just warm tea during the hot summer season, following ergonomic reasoning.
